One time when we were moving house, Neil was somehow dragooned into helping us do the final clean. But being Neil, this included full rock-climbing gear, and within minutes housework became extreme sport as he fixed his harness around an interior wall and spent the next hour waving a bottle of Windex at the fun side of our 7th floor windows, while our elderly Woollahra neighbours looked on, wide-eyed and open-mouthed.
